Using the service
algostr.com is an independently developed technical service for operating automated Spot-trading strategies through a user-controlled exchange account. It is not an exchange, broker, custodian, portfolio manager or investment adviser. By using the service, you confirm that you understand these terms and the related risk information.
Your account and API connection
You are responsible for your account, credentials, exchange API key, API permissions and all activity performed through your account. Create API keys with only the permissions required for Spot trading and never enable withdrawal permission for the service. You must keep the API key and secret confidential and revoke access at the exchange when necessary.
Your assets and trading decisions
Assets remain in your exchange account and under your control. You choose the exchange, assets, budget, risk settings and whether BUY is enabled. You remain responsible for ensuring that sufficient base asset is available for purchases and that the traded asset is available for sale, including after you move it to an exchange Earn product or another account.
Fees and balances
Platform commission is calculated only from actual profit after a profitable lot sale. Points are used for platform balances, commission reserves and applicable withdrawal conditions. A manual full stop of a bot with open lots may result in a service fee for the completed purchase work; the associated assets remain in your exchange account. Current conditions are shown in the interface before a relevant action.
No guarantees
Markets, exchanges, networks, APIs and orders can be delayed, unavailable or behave unexpectedly. The service does not guarantee profit, preservation of capital, a purchase or sale at any price, execution of any order, uptime or availability of any exchange feature. Trading outcomes and all decisions remain your responsibility.
