Information we process
We process information needed to operate and secure the service: account details such as email and username; interface preferences; information you submit in forms, messages and support requests; exchange connection labels and encrypted connection data; payment-request details; referral attribution and UTM data when a referral link is used; and technical records such as IP address, user-agent, request URL, timestamps, cookies and session-related identifiers.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide accounts and requested features, process trading and payment workflows, protect against abuse and unauthorized access, investigate errors, maintain audit trails, communicate about service activity, and improve reliability. We may also use aggregate traffic and conversion analytics to understand how visitors find the service and use public pages.
