Can the bot withdraw my assets?
No withdrawal permission is required. Keep it disabled when creating the API key.
Is Earn permission required?
No. It is optional. BUY uses only Spot. For SELL, the service can request redemption from a supported flexible Earn product; if this is unavailable, return the asset to Spot after receiving the alert.
Does the strategy use leverage?
No. The trading strategy works on Spot and does not create margin positions.
What are points used for?
Points settle the platform commission after a profitable lot sale. Before BUY is enabled, the balance is checked against commission reserves for open lots and the required reserve for active BUY bots. Points are not charged simply for enabling BUY.
When is the platform commission charged?
The platform commission is calculated only after a profitable lot sale, from the actual profit. The strategy does not sell lots at a loss; it waits for profit.
What should I know before withdrawing points?
Withdrawals have a minimum amount and a service fee. Commission reserves for open lots and the BUY reserve remain unavailable. The network fee and the amount of the selected asset are agreed in the request conversation before transfer.
What happens when I stop a bot with open lots?
You confirm local closing before the bot stops. Active orders are cancelled, purchased assets remain on your exchange balance, and the locally closed lots are excluded from the next trading cycle. Before confirmation, you will see the service fee that will be charged for the work already performed to buy these lots.
Can a referral code change my commission rate?
Yes. If no referrer is already assigned to your account, you can apply an active referral code to reduce the standard 30% profit commission to 20%. The assigned referral code cannot be replaced by the user.
